-Process tag & title work for both in-state and out-of-state title work -Handle registration paperwork for titles and tags -Audit and maintain tag schedules -Processing and maintaining FET (Tax Reports) w/ accounting team -handling phones and e-mails - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing -Prepare invoices and reports -Prepare and handle sales documents -Maintaining databases and filing systems -Bookkeeping Skills - Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Previous experience in title work required (3 years) - Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team - Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle phone calls professionally - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Note:
